At NVRMIND, we value your trust and want to ensure transparency about how and when your orders are shipped. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
Orders will be processed within 24-36 hours, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.
NVRMIND does not ship on weekends or major public holidays. All orders are shipped from Shrirampur, India.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Due to high demand, Products may occasionally become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer/cheque to the billing address on the order. Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
All orders are reviewed by our internal security team and may be cancelled at NVRMIND’s discretion at any time. Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Products marked as Pre-Order will ship once they arrive at our facility. All pre-order payments are charged at checkout to the payment method provided (Cash on Delivery is not available for pre-orders). Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. For orders within and across India, NVRMIND offers complimentary 5-7 days standard shipping. International Shipping, if applicable, will be announced in the future

While we partner with reliable courier services, NVRMIND is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, logistics disruptions, strikes, lockdowns, or natural events, Remote/non-serviceable locations. Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at house@nvrmind.in with order number and photos/videos of the package and the product. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our return policy.
During any sale or promotional period, all sales are final. NVRMIND reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without prior notice. No adjustments will be made on purchases if NVRMIND lowers the price of an item you have already purchased.
